The Regional Continuity of Care Council, RCCC, is a non-profit organization to health care professionals. Members meet monthly to exchange information that enables participants to better serve patients, clients and families as they move through the health care system. The RCCC is the local chapter of the Continuity of Care Association of California.
Each meeting is highlighted with a guest speaker from an area service provider primarily from the health care arena. Case management, legislative and educational topics are also discussed.
To keep members updated, the RCCC has a newsletter and also presents a one-day conference on a regular basis for community health care professionals.
We are an RCFE (Residential Care Facilities for Elderly) continuing education units certified vendor. RCFE continuing education units are available at advertised workshops to RCCC members.
